Edit Form R-Values Entries

To view or to edit swimmer’s forms, we need only do a couple of things.

First,,,,,,,, In the dashboard, click forms.

Second,,,,,,,,,Hover over  Form ID 8 (this is the form we use and edit), and click edit.

Third,,,,,,,, At the top of this “Form ID 8” menu, you will see “Entries”, click that and this will take you to all users that have completed the form.

 

Four,,,, Hover over a user’s name and select, “Edit.”  This will take you right to the users form where you can see their form and answers..
