Congratulations to Dallin Stevens who broke the 13-14 age group Lucky’s Lake Swim record by less than a second with a time of 12:53.7. He literally waited till hours before he turned 15 to set the new record. It was his second attempt at setting the record. Lucky was planning on pacing him, but decided he would have to wait for a heart transplant from an 18-year-old before he would be able to attempt that task.

Zombie Costume Contest as well with lots of great prizes. 100% of all entry fees goes into the Step Into Swim program, which is used for teaching disadvantaged children to swim at the Rosen Aquatic Center. Have some fun for a good cause. All individuals that sign up are automatically placed on Santa’s “good list”.
Lucky is posting the holiday swim schedule a little early, because he does not want to repeat the flogging that he received for delaying posting on the Labor Day swim time, where he posted it only hours before the swim. Lucky admits he did enjoy the first 9-10 flogs, but when his skin finally broke on number 14 he regretted his procrastination in publishing the Labor Day swim times for the next eleven flogs.
