A great day and a great race.  The volunteers were all awesome, and there were so many I am afraid to thank individually as I would forget someone, but it was one of the best organized open water swims I have ever participated in, and it is all due to the fantastic volunteers.  Many many Thanks.  Results are below.

The overall winners of the open water race with Lucky and Rowdy were Andrea Ugazio 22:04 and Deborah Dawson 22:06 Lucky and Rowdy had to photobomb with the winners because neither one won their respective age group.

Not only did she score hardware from the swim but her silver 500K cap as well.

You know you want one of these medals. Sign up for the Frogman swim before it is too late.

We are just a few weeks away from the Night Ops Swim.  We currently have 113 total swimmers registered à 108 will swim at Lucky’s and 5 will swim remotely.  That’s 2 swimmers short of last year’s total.  There’s still time to register.  Invite your friends  – we need to top last year.  For those that have done this event, you know the swim will be awesome fun followed by a real good time at the after party.  And for new participants, you’re in for a treat.  We have all new t-shirt art and medal this year.  We have great sponsors and a goodie bag with real goodies including a cool premium koozie donated by our friends at Red Rocket Studios.  After party includes food donated by Miller’s Field House and beverages donated by both Orlando Brewing and Ocean Sun Brewing.  In true Swimguzzler fashion, the medal is a bottle opener and it’s double-sided — that’s right, double-sided!  Does anyone have a double-sided medal bottle opener … I don’t think so!  Everybody knows somebody that needs this medal.  Check out the attached photos of the medal.  Please tell your friends and let’s see if we can add more swimmers!  Remember this is a fundraiser for a really worthy cause – The Navy Seal Foundation.  If you want to learn more, check out the link below:
