Saturday –  Lake Cane Restoration Society will hold a “Celebrate Lake Cane Day” pancake breakfast following the swim. The swim starts at 7:45am the breakfast starts immediately following the swim. Swim and breakfast are free, but any donations will be given to the Lake Cane Restoration Society to help keep the water quality great.

Total Team Wares will be taking orders for Lucky’s Lake Swim Gear that morning. (we order gear only once a year so this is the time to do it)

Monday (Memorial Day) Swim at 7:45 AM (no pancake breakfast – you should have come on Saturday)

Tuesday (back to normal swim times 6:30 AM)

Saturday June 4th (Jack Beattie Memorial Swim 10:30am, Winter Park) We will be having Lucky’s Lake Swim at the regular time (7:45am) but many do both swims the same day (the dynamic duo) and we let you be in the picture if you do both swims and we know that you want to be in the photo.

Saturday June 11th Flowers Sea Swim, Grand Cayman (not too late to register)

Sunday July 3rd, Midnight Movie & Lake Swim

All the cool folks will be there.

40 swimmers Tuesday AM and 4 first timers all from other countries. Curacao, Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. The lake swim is also an educational experience I never knew there was a country of Curacao, thought is was just a liqueur. Apparently it is both – which may make for a great vacation.

Total Team Wares will be taking Lucky’s Lake swim gear orders. There is nothing that says “I am couture” that having Lucky’s Lake Swim written across your butt.

Bragging time. Four Lucky’s Lake Swimmers bring home honors at Dr Phillips High School awards banquet. Corbin Chamberlain (Principals award – Water Polo) Jake Meisenheimer (Principals Award -Swimming, & Dr. Phillips Bill Spoon Scholar-Athlete award for the school) Maddie Magrino (Principals award-Swimming & DP sportsmanship award for the school) Julia James (Principal’s award – Water Polo). Many congrats to these outstanding individuals.  Jake Meisenheimer holds the dark swim record for Lucky’s Lake Swim.
