It’s been real thin for the lake swims the last few weeks. With the water temp hovering around 61 to 62 degrees swimmer numbers are small (6-10) on weekdays (10-20 on weekends) and non-wetsuit swimmers are rare, but not extinct, and even Lucky is hunkering down in his girly man man swimming treadmill. So now is the time to get your cold water bragging rights, so come on over for a “refreshing” swim.

Hannah the official start dog for Lucky's Lake swim just turned 12 (that's about a 100 in big dog years). She's moving a little slow but is still able to hobble on down to start the swims. The normal lifespan for this breed is 8 to 10 years the current record for longevity is 15 years. Hannah says she wants to go for the record. You go girl!
