Reminder Jack Beattie’s 25th annual swim will be Saturday June 7th. All the cool folks will do a warm up swim at Lucky’s and then follow it with a one mile swim at Jack’s (and don’t forget the free pancake breakfast). Jack’s swim starts at 10:30AM. 561 Via Lugano, Winter Park.
We have named over 40 carp in the last 3 weeks but we still need some more names (we are getting close very close). If you don’t believe there is a hydrilla problem in the lake then look at this underwater video taken from lake cane See Video (The video is short but it makes up for this by having an excellent plot line and a small amount of nudity) Please check out the carp names and makes sure your name and your carp’s names are listed. If they have been left off the list please email Lucky. If you would like to donate money to name a carp please click on CARP NAMES HERE. If you would prefer to eat hydrilla rather than to name a carp we are good with that too. Please consume about five pounds of hydrilla with each swim (more if you are not swimming daily).
