Next Saturday (9/29) Lucid entertainment will have a cameraman filming at Lucky’s Lake Swim.  So come wearing your best Hollywood smile you may end up being a lake swimming superstar.

Gene promises the best pancakes you have ever eaten after swimming in a lake, on a Saturday, in October, during the year 2012.

On Oct 6th Gene  will be hosting his now famous Lake Swim / Pancake Breakfast.  So don’t eat breakfast before you swim and come with a big appetite. There is no charge but donations are accepted to the Lake Cane Restoration Society.

For those that would like to get in a little pool racing or maybe you want to find out how fast you can swim the mile.  The Rowdy Gaines Masters Classic  Oct 12-14 is coming up shortly and it’s not too late to register.  They even have 25 yd races at the event!!!!

There is an open water swim here in town on Saturday Oct 13 at Lake Mary Jane. They have an open water swim and paddle board races.

George Mann (1000K club member and recent 2012 world senior cowboy shooting champion) undergoes zombification in “Doc Ruger’s” office. See the video link below for the outcome.

Lucky will be doing his book release of “The Zombie Cause Dictionary) at the world’s largest ZombiCon in Ft Meyers on Oct 19-21.  Lucky’s character “Doc Ruger” as well as the other cast members from the Zombie Cause will be celebrity guests at the ZombiCon.  Lucky will be doing some stage shows, lectures, author panels  and attempting to set a world record for a yo-yo stunt.  Make sure you say Hi to Lucky if you are attending the ZombiCon (attendance last year was 20,000).  ZombiCon Oct 19th-21th  See the latest Zombie Cause Video.
